Take a moment please to hear my thoughts on the important issues facing our community as I am asking for your vote so that I can properly represent the Newton-North Delta People or Party as I say it.

I was framed and convicted for a crime, I in fact, did not commit in 1991 -1993 and it resulted in me being jailed as a 2 count convicted drug trafficker, for a total of 8.5 grams of cannabis.

I had been, previously, a city council election candidate and openly voiced my opinion on a range of subjects most noticeably what I thought about blatant abuse of Saskatchewan natives and their continued marginalization and belittlement.

I thought it was ridiculous to be still happening in the twentieth century and at that time the Stonechild case hadn’t spread the word we Canadians all eventually heard about (the abandoning of natives to freeze out side of the city by Saskatoon police).

Well, I knew then that their lives were impacted by blatant racism and abuse.

I personally watched Saskatoon police on two separate occasions beat certain individuals.

Sadly on one occasion was while I myself was behind bars for one of their shake downs. I watched this man through my bars, be dragged down the hallway right in
front of me as 2 police each beat him with batons and kicked him. I sadly realized I had recognized him from high-school.

Earlier I had witnessed 2 Saskatoon police officers jump out of their car, right in front of the YMCA in Saskatoon, on a Saturday morning, just to beat the crap out of a guy by the name of Ray Ross.

I stood there and watched them as they cuffed him, beat him and threw him in the back of the car, then drove away with him bleeding.

I ended up framed; I didn’t see my children for 2 years, lost millions of dollars, 43 rental properties, comprised of apartment blocks, heritage sites and houses. I also had a restaurant and night club that was lost as it was being adversely effected by the ongoing character assassination perpetrated against me by the police with my banks even being accessed without any of my knowledge.

The police then used one of my tenants, who they had caught for breaking into 70 different homes, and gave him his freedom if he could make sure I was caught doing something wrong, anything.

I did hear in court that police officers (at that time) had made over 5 thousand dollars just trying to catch me. They described me as a criminal master mind because I had never been caught. They tapped my entire basement floor of my house after my arrest looking for a floor safe or hidden anything.

I stood in court and explained that the simple fact that they were unsuccessful was because I wasn’t doing anything and in fact was really guilty of no crime.

They finally had this fellow badger me for 2 weeks, by with holding his rent for what was now 2 months as he tried to get one of my associates to sell him some cannabis.

That friend turned out to be the city’s TV station owners son and he, certainly at 50 years old, was not what the police were after. There is a much longer story here but suffice to say they found cannabis at his house, none at mine and the audio tapes were lost when he sold the pot.

I said in court there was nothing wrong with cannabis and went to jail for the whole mess.

I didn’t see my kids for 2 years, I lost millions of dollars, hundreds of thousands of tax payer dollars were wasted in the courts and all because of a guy broke into 70 family’s houses and created 250 thousand dollars worth of insurance claims. He walked away and was given a union job in southern Ontario where he later was killed.

All this happened over 8.5 grams of cannabis plucked a week before the set up from a single 6ft plant in a downtown high-rise condo in Vancouver from a millionaire architect friend and given as a gift to the guy that ended up selling it in my home in the guise of helping one of my tenants.

While I was in jail the main police officer who set up my take down (out of jealousy over money and women) was charged with raping little children in Martinsville, Saskatchewan (John Papowich 1993).

After my release I gave away (to one kind soul who had visited me all the time as I waited for jail) my one remaining asset (a triplex house) and planned on leaving the country because I had by that point wanted to just die. I was robbed of my life for over 2 years then and I didn’t want to ever come back to such a corrupt country.

My brother asked me to help him with his company in Victoria, while I waited for an ex-employee and friend to leave Canada with me and go to Costa Rica.

While I tried to work for my brother (made him a lot of money but lived in crushing agony) and waited, I met a wonderful woman named Marie, who, in hindsight, really saved my life. She nursed me back to saneness by allowing me to stay at home and build our home (a boat that we lived on at the same time, this is another story).

I thought and thought and thought.

It took years of piecing small details and different things together just to figure out what happened to me.

Marc Emery, for all his crap, will always be credited with organizing a “first meeting of the minds” and putting all us like minded individuals together for an election. As an entity to stand up to hypocrisy, I realized I had a voice.

We fed off of each others ideas and horror stories and it has been an evolution, a very long one, to where I am now here as a Green Party Human Rights Activist and a Federal Election candidate.

So obviously with the phony and cowardly anti Semitic attack that I traced all the way to PM Harper it seems I am reaching people or at least making the ones afraid of my message think I am reaching you… the voters and those I am seeking to work for.

I wasted a lot of money on my Green campaign so I cant do any splashy money and tree wasting mail box stuffers and I ask you to see the real truth and really consider my work and what I have tried to do here for 17 years…… please?

I will be transferring more things here and things I believe may be helpful in your decision.

I know we will be better represented in Ottawa by myself as an independent and I use Mr Chuck Cadman with all due respect as my example to prove it!

None of my opponents have my experience or skills.
